SCENIC BLUE SCOOPS SILVER GILT AT BBCGWL ‘04

Scenic Blue continued its winning form of last year as it scooped an RHS Silver Gilt medal for the build of the Tesco “Every Little Helps” garden at this year’s BBC Gardeners’ World Live event.

The garden – the show’s largest and most prominent show garden exhibit - represented a joint initiative between two of Scenic Blue’s 36 strong franchise network – Scenic Blue Northants and Scenic Blue Warwick. Competition at the event was stiff with the 36 show gardens being judged to an exacting Chelsea Flower Show standard.

Working alongside designer Suzan Slater, the Scenic Blue team successfully created a garden which featured all the elements you’d expect to find in a typical family outdoor space. Key features include a conservatory, circular lawn and steel hooped walkway covered in mature climbers, cedar deck with stainless steel edging, interlocking pools boasting aquatic planting and an exclusive kids den.

Scenic Blue is the UK’s only landscape gardening franchise, established in 1997. Scenic Blue won FOUR awards in the last BALI National Landscape Awards.
